• Overview

Musea Brugge has 13 museum locations scattered over the centre of Bruges. Musea Brugge offers guided visits in three of its largest locations. The Saint John’s hospital Museum has one of the world’s largest collections by the Flemish primitive painter Hans Memling. In one of the oldest preserved hospitals of Europe we tell you the story of care and hospitality throughout the ages. The Gruuthusemuseum walks you through 500 years of history  brought  to life by over 600 state of the art collection pieces. The Groeningemuseum is our Finest museum of Arts and exhibits six centuries of visual arts from the  15th century  Flemish Primitive painters like Jan van Eyck, Hans Memling and Gerard David, over the Neo-classicist painters till the 20th century modern artists like Rene Magritte and Paul Delvaux and so much more in between. As one of the official museum guides for Musea Brugge I am more than happy to guide you through this wonderful world of art and heritage. You can contact me in advance to make sure I am available on your preferred date. I can then help you through the online process of booking a guided visit in one of the three museums.
